ADJUSTMENT AND COMPENSATION PROFILES The vertical profiles of the shower screen allow for adjustment and ensure proper adaptation to the construction conditions, overcoming any unevenness in the walls and fitting the necessary light gap. Specifically, the profile of the Prestige model allows for a compensation of 3 cm, which helps to overcome any misalignments in the walls. The Prestige model is in stock in pre-established standard sizes with ranges that allow us to adapt to the gap (see Prestige model tables in the catalog). These ranges (minimum and maximum measurements) are achieved with the extension system either retracted or fully extended. To achieve ranges beyond the maximum, we will need to add a larger compensation profile of +2 or +4 cm to the order.

GLASS AND DECORATIONS GME only works with tempered glass screens. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed with thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared to normal glass. When tempered glass breaks, it shatters into many small pieces instead of large jagged fragments. These small pieces are less likely to cause injury. This shower screen has 8 mm thick tempered safety glass in the fixed panels and 6 mm in the doors. The screen can be chosen with transparent glass or acid-etched with the frost plus decoration. Another decoration option is our adhesive vinyls (delivery time 7 days).

SLIDING PANEL RELEASE This shower screen is equipped with a push-button panel release system integrated into the lower bearings, allowing the doors to be freed from the lower guide, making cleaning easier.

OPENING The opening system is through sliding panels, which are equipped with bearings that slide along the upper and lower guides. Silent suspended double pulley system, 8 wheels per door, and 12 for sizes over 140 cm.

CLOSING SYSTEM The closing system of the shower screen is through a magnetic closure, which provides great convenience and waterproofing when closing the screen.

WATERPROOFING The shower screen has vertical seals to ensure waterproofing in the gap between the sliding panel and the fixed glass. Having both upper and lower guides makes it one of the most waterproof screens on the market.
