SHIPMENT OF GOODS
Whenever the amount of the invoices exceeds 150 euros, the goods will be sent postage paid through the company TDN. When the amount does not exceed this figure, 12 euros will be invoiced for postage. The average delivery time in the peninsula is 48 hours.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To request an exchange or return, please send us by fax or e-mail the following information: model, reference and reason for the request for exchange or return. Once the return has been accepted, the invoiced material will be sent for exchange and the invoice will be paid once the material has been returned to us.
Returns that have not been analysed and authorised by GME will not be accepted.
In the event that the collection is due to an error beyond GME’s control, it will be accepted, as long as the box is intact and an amount of 40 euros will be invoiced for the collection procedures.
