ADJUSTMENT AND COMPENSATION PROFILES
The vertical profiles of the shower enclosure allow the adjustment of the shower enclosure and make it possible to adapt it correctly to the conditions of the work, saving the possible unevenness that may exist in the walls and adjusting to the necessary light gap.
Specifically, the profiles of the Open model allow a compensation from 1.5 cm. to 6 cm. (depending on the COMBI chosen), which will allow us to save the gaps that may exist in the walls.
The Open model is in stock in standard sizes already established and with ranges that allow us to adapt to the opening (see Open model tables in the catalog). These ranges (minimum and maximum measurements) will be achieved with the extension system retracted or opened to the maximum.
GLAZING AND DECORATIONS
GME only works with tempered glass partitions. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass, it is processed with thermal or chemical treatments, to increase its resistance compared to normal glass. Tempered glass, when broken, splits into a multitude of small pieces instead of splintering into large jagged shards. These tiny pieces are less likely to cause injury.
This shower enclosure has 6 mm thick tempered safety glass.
The Open shower enclosure is available with clear or Frost Plus screen-printed glass.
ELEVATION WHEN TURNING
This shower enclosure is equipped with a lifting system when turning the hinged panel, integrated in the vertical profile, by means of which the door rises as we open it.
OPENING
The opening system is by means of hinged panels that allow a 90º turn towards the outside or towards the inside of the shower tray. If you want the door to open both inwards and outwards, you can order the IN-OUT 180º kit.
LOCKING SYSTEM
The closing system of the shower enclosure is by means of magnetic closure, which provides great comfort and watertightness when closing the enclosure.
WATERTIGHTNESS
In the lower part of each folding leaf we will insert a rubber gutter and on the shower tray we will install a 0,5×0,5 cm metallic aluminum gutter.
FOLDING SCREENS WITH SILK-SCREEN PRINTING – ADAPTING TO YOUR SPACE
Open Frost Plus series, a program composed of fixed and folding doors in different sizes, ideal to make the most of the space in the bathroom, saving sanitary ware and furniture.
The folding screens with Open serigraphy are manufactured with minimalist aluminum profiles and 6 mm glass, also its design without lower profiles and aluminum arms to ensure its stability make it a totally current program and following the latest trends.
With this program we can make multiple combinations to adapt to all types of bathrooms. With fixed glasses of measures 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm to combine with doors of 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80 cm. Being able to combine the installation of both fixed and doors either to wall, fixed to door, door to fixed etc…
The doors have a lifting mechanism when turning. The closing of the Open model is by means of magnetic rubber bands.
