One of the main objectives of GME DIVISIÓN BAÑOS SL is to guarantee the maximum quality of its products, which comply with all European regulations.

In turn, GME DIVISIÓN BAÑOS SL is associated to the technological institute AIDIMA, in which inspections and laboratory tests are carried out in order to guarantee the quality of the products we offer.

SHIPMENT OF GOODS

Whenever the amount of the invoices exceeds 150 euros, the goods will be sent carriage paid through the company TDN. When the amount does not exceed this amount, 12 euros will be invoiced for postage. The average delivery time in the peninsula is 48 hours.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To request an exchange or return, you must send us by fax or e-mail the following information: model, reference and reason for the request for exchange or return. Once the return has been accepted, we will proceed to send the invoiced material for exchange and the invoice will be paid once the material has been returned to us.

Returns that have not been analyzed and authorized by GME will not be accepted.

In the event that the collection is due to an error beyond GME’s control, it will be accepted, as long as the box is intact and an amount of 40 euros will be invoiced for the collection procedures.
