SHIPMENT OF GOODS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To request an exchange or return, please send us by fax or e-mail the following information: model, reference and reason for the exchange or return request. Once the return has been accepted, we will proceed to send the invoiced material for its exchange and the invoice will be paid once the material has been returned to us.
Returns that have not been analyzed and authorized by GME will not be accepted.
In the event that the collection is due to an error beyond GME’s control, it will be accepted, as long as the box is intact, and an amount of 20 euros will be invoiced for the collection procedures.
